Las Vegas web design · local service businesses

Good work deserves more than
“DM me for details.”

Give people a place to understand your services, see your work, and request an estimate. Fieldline builds your first website around the questions customers ask before they choose you.

No site or domain needed to inquire. No sales call. No payment to ask.

Make the next step easier

Your next customer should not have to piece your business together.

“Do you work in my area?”

Put your real coverage and services in plain sight. Help a customer check fit before sending you a message.

“Can I trust you with this?”

Show real job photos, owner details, and verifiable credentials. If you are just starting, explain your process honestly.

“How do I get an estimate?”

Use a short request form that works on a phone. Explain what happens next and test that the request reaches your inbox.

A defined project, not an open-ended bill

Up to five pages. $1,500 pilot. Written from the start.

01 / Plan by email

We establish your best-fit jobs, service area, available photos, and page list. You receive the scope, exclusions, and payment milestones before committing.

02 / Build and review

Review a first working page before the full build. Then inspect a private preview and send one consolidated revision list. Target timing is 7–10 business days after all required inputs, subject to your scope.

03 / Test and hand over

Check phone and desktop layouts, links, form errors, inbox delivery, and search metadata. Launch follows written approval and final payment, with ownership and rollback documented.

Suitable for service businesses needing a focused informational site. Ecommerce, custom portals, complex booking, ongoing SEO campaigns, and ad management require a different scope. Domain, paid hosting, and third-party costs are separate.

Tell Dylan what you are building

Start with your business. The website comes next.

Send your business name, email, and service area. Dylan will review the fit and reply with the next questions and a practical page direction.

The first response is free. The $1,500 pilot is for the first two approved clients; availability and your exact scope are confirmed in writing.

You work directly with Dylan Saatdjian, the person planning and building your site.

Add context (optional)

Submitting does not create a client relationship or payment obligation. Never send passwords through this form.

Before you send your request

Can I start without a website or domain?

Yes. Start with your business name, service area, and the work you want more of. Domain selection comes later; you register and own the domain in your account.

What does the $1,500 pilot include?

Up to five focused pages, mobile layouts, foundational search setup, a request form with delivery testing, and one consolidated written revision round. The pilot is for the first two approved clients. Your written scope confirms the exact pages and exclusions before payment.

Do I need a sales call?

No. Fit questions, the page plan, scope, feedback, and handoff can all happen by email. You review the work in a private preview.

Are hosting and monthly care included?

Domain registration, paid hosting, email, and third-party licenses are separate. Optional care for a Fieldline build is $49 per month. You can keep ownership and decline care.

Will the website guarantee customers?

No. The build makes your services easier to understand and your request path easier to use. Traffic, customer demand, pricing, response speed, and your work all affect whether inquiries become jobs.
